We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with young people in a secondary school, educational or youth work setting.
- Has a strong understanding of behaviour support, restorative practice and inclusive approaches.
- Builds positive relationships with students, families and staff.
- Is calm, professional and solution-focused when faced with challenges.
- Has experience of supporting students whose behaviour, attendance or wellbeing may place them at risk of poor outcomes.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

The terms of this post are:
37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus INSET days)
