Monday and Tuesday 8.30am to 4pm with 30-minutes unpaid break
Wednesday 8.30am to 12.30pm
Term time plus 3 inset days, 38.6 working weeks
£25,185 full time equivalent, £10,384 actual annual salary

As one of our School Office Administrators, you’ll be at the centre of our daily operations—welcoming families, supporting staff, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll be the friendly face of our school, managing communications, safeguarding protocols, and administrative tasks with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Do
• Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors
• Manage emails, phone calls, and school communications
• Administration of the wrap-around care booking system
• Organise meetings and support school events
• Collaborate with leadership, teaching, and support staff
• Assist with school lunchtimes in the hall and playground
