28 hours per week
8:00am – 2:00pm Monday – Thursday and 8:00am – 12:00pm on Friday
Term time plus INSET days - 39 weeks per year
Grade 15 – NJC points 3-4 (£24,796 - £25,185)
Actual starting salary - £16,068
The Castle School is seeking a SEND Admin Assistant to join our SEND department. This vital role involves assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the SENDCo to ensure the smooth running of the department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting inclusive education. Applicants should be enthusiastic, patient, demonstrate flexibility, initiative and excellent communication skills, be a team player and have strong empathy skills. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
